Some decisive planning transformed this dated penthouse apartment to a modern haven, the left image shows what was there. Opening up the kitchen to the living/dining area gave the perception of a much larger space. Reorganizing the bathroom, opening up a formerly blocked window, and reconfiguring the two bedroom closets added much needed storage space.
