On the left in the plan above you can see this master suite left much to be desired. A major upgrade with some innovative plan changes improved things tremendously. Relocating the bathroom door, incorporating the hall into the suite, upgrading the awkward long closet, and carefully planning the new bathroom increased the functionality, value, and appeal of this penthouse unit.
